No, I'm not dead...

My loving mother has advised me to post a message to let all my loyal readers know that I'm not dead.

Winter is a slow time for me, food wise. Work has been keeping me especially busy these last few months, and I haven't been doing much cooking. Meanwhile, I've been busy with chipping away at my holiday weight, nursing a broken camera back to health (thanks Canon!), and otherwise getting things back in order.

Look for a couple of exciting articles in the months ahead. Here's what's coming up on NTSCBlog.com:

• Jenny and I are on our way to Maui for a third honeymoon

• At long last I should be able to write a blog post on a true cullinary dream come true.
