Weight Loss Journal
Since I've started losing weight, I've learned that it's important to be accountable to myself and to be honest about my performance. I think it's equally important to be honest to you, my readers. So I'm going to keep updating this post every time I weigh in. I'll also offer some brief comments about what went right and wrong. I'm not perfect, but publishing my results will help keep me accountable for my performance.
